Arrive at “HKUST (North Gate)” . After getting off, turn left and walk straight along the covered corridor.
Pass the security booth and continue about 20 steps; the pedestrian crossing will be on your left.
Cross the pedestrian crossing, then turn right and continue straight along the road.
Continue straight until you reach the Red Bird Sundial Sculpture-a HKUST landmark.
After arriving at the Red Bird sundial Sculpture, Starbucks and the Academic Building will be on the left frontal side of the plaza.
Walk through the passage between Starbucks and the Visitor Center to reach the Academic Building atrium.
Cross the plaza to find the escalators on your right side to Academic Building, Take the escalator up to 1/F
Enter the Academic Building interior and walk straight for about 10 steps.
